退換貨政策
- 一般情況下，顧客可於收貨起計 七天內 退還或更換，未經使用 及 包裝完整 的貨品，但顧客需自行承擔所有相關運費。

- 若顧客發現貨品送抵時 經已損毀 或 與訂單不符，可於收貨起計 七天內，連同相關貨品相片及資料通知我們。
我們會安排上門退貨 或 免費更換貨品。 - 如客人委託送貨司機將貨品放到地址門口或管理處代收，客人需自行負責貨品遺失或損壞之風險。
- 本公司不接受任何以個人 / 動物的喜好、口味等為退貨理由。
- 本公司有權拒絕一切不合理的換貨或退貨要求。
- 本公司不提供退款服務。

Return Policy
- Under general circumstances, customer can return unopened and unused purchased product(s) ordered via online within 7 days upon product(s) arrival. Customer is liable to related transportation costs.
- If product(s) are broken or wrongly sent upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days and send us related product(s) information and photos.
- Customer(s) is reliable to the loss and damage if customer authorises product(s) to be sent to the property management office or leave at the front door.
- Product(s) could not be returned under the reason of owners' or pets' preferences nor favour matters.
- PetsOrder has the right to refuse any unreasonable product exchange/ return claims.
- Products could not be refunded.
