[關於蒸煮滅菌]
蒸煮食品（以咖哩和意大利麵醬為代表）
在高壓釜中在 110°C 或更高溫度下滅菌4 分鐘或更長時間，
未開封可存放 1 至 2 年。
人們很容易誤認為殺菌鍋含有添加劑和防腐劑，
但
食品衛生法規定不得使用防腐劑和消毒劑。
另外，由於通過加熱進行殺菌處理，因此存在營養成分損失的擔憂，但
